I. Details & definitions :
Agriculture may produce effluents containing pesticides residues.
Farmers feel more and more responsible for their effluents and wish sustainable solutions to be developed to reduce the impact of these contaminants on the Environment.
RITTMO agroenvironnement collaborates with several (UHA, ENGEES) to develop solutions adapted to different contexts and customers on different matrices (sediments, waters used to wash materials, etc.).
Just contact RITTMO agroenvironnement to develop solutions adapted to your case.

III. PRESENTATION OF COMPETENCES
sub-contractor for the ARTWET Life (EU) project
Development of ecotoxicological assays to measure efficiency of depollution processes
Perform research for a local SME on biodegrading a mixture of pesticides in liquid
Develop a biological, robust tool that could be proposed to farmers on shared use
IV. SPECIFIC EQUIPEMENTS
In order to drive these studies, RITTMO agroenvironnement uses :
laboratory of microbiology for studying the impact on soil microbial populations
laboratory for bio-assays to study the impact on soil chemical and physical properties
technical hall devoted to processes to performe pilote studies and dimension adapted devices of treatment
V. Examples OF STUDIES :
Studies financialy founded by public money
ARTWET : research project, founded by the European Union (Life). In this project RITTMO agroenvironnement aims at evaluating the impact on the Environment of sediments extracted from vineyards’ (bassin d’orage) after they were treated for reducing pesticides residues.
Studies conducted for private customers
To respect the confidentiality due to our customer, their names cannot be given :
study biodegradability of a mixture of pesticides by microbial populations
study the impact on the Environment of a mixture of pesticides after degradation by microbial populations
